Hi! My name is Diane Ferrari. I love animals & being outdoors in nature. My favorite places to find respite are the ocean & by a forest stream. Like many, I started out seeking spiritual development because of wanting to heal issues that modern medicine was unable to help with. But, I found myself drawn to meditation & learning about the healing qualities of crystals, Reiki & following a path towards awakening my consciousness. I recently studied Reiki Level One & am about to take Level Two with Makiko. It is an ever-expanding journey & I look forward to learning & growing even more.

Marina Cruceru (since 2020)
My name is Marina Cruceru. I came to Reiki in search of relief for my autoimmune condition. Ms. Sloane Shavel was the first Reiki practitioner I met. Reiki sessions with her dramatically improved the quality of my life and my overall life experience. When I expressed an interest in learning Reiki, Sloane advised to take classes from her teacher Makiko Suzuki Fliss. My life was never the same after my first class. Today I am a Reiki Master trained in Holy Fire Reiki style and Crystal Reiki. I am also an RMA member (Reiki Membership Association). I have private clients and I do group Reiki sessions online as an affordable and easy option for most people to experience the benefits of Reiki. I started group Reiki sessions during the pandemic for my friends and colleagues who work in hospitals. They were completely overwhelmed in the first few months. They shared that weekly group Reiki sessions helped them to cope with the stress and fatigue, lifted their mood and gave energy to help others. I am grateful for the gift of Reiki and happy to share it with as many people as possible!

Bio: I was born and raised in Burbank, CA. I moved to Richmond, KY, then to SC then back to KY this time to Louisville. I am a mother of four daughters and a Nonnie of eight. I've been in healthcare for over twenty years. My enlightened journey started by meeting Makiko, at a South Carolina, Swamp Rabbit Cafe, Meet-Up. From there I became a Reiki Holy Fire Master and many other certifications. I am eager to continue on my learning and growing journey. Namaste.

I am a reiki master trying to figure out what my role will be. My mission I think, is too help others improve their lives. So far I have done this by being an engineer in biotech and pharmaceutical companies. I started Reiki as part of my divorce recovery strategy and continued studying to complete the master level. I enjoy learning new things and am curious about our real place in the universe. I don’t think I am a natural born healer. I am just learning as I go.

Hi, I am Mekhala Agrawal. Reiki came to me as I was really interested in learning this method of helping and it happened in form of Makiko. She has been truly amazing in this guided spiritual journey. I like to help people in any way I can. Thinking of joining as a volunteer in hospital when the pandemic is over. Love nature and like being close to nature. Like listening to old songs, cooking, traveling, gardening, reading(not much time for this),adventure, art, craft, exploring new things, places.I am just open to trying new things. Love my grandchildren and spending time with them is like happiness unlimited. I don't like when people misbehave or can't handle a situation in a calm manner. One of my favorite quote is " your belief does not make you a better person, your behavior does ".

Greetings, I'm a crystal loving, upbeat, Food Scientist seeker of spiritual knowledge. As a mother of 2 girls and a lover of nature I am now leading 2 Girls Scout troops. I'm also looking to get into perma-culture and learning about medicinal properties of plants. This membership has really been a beautiful experience and I look forward to building lifelong friendships.
