Shadow Healing Level 1 Practice Worksheet
Technique 1: Spiritual Science Background
There is the order of multi-dimensional human anatomy and the levels of transcendent consciousness. One way to create a road-map to yourself is to comprehend the multi-dimensional Landmarks of Consciousness - where consciousness stations and expresses itself as a biological and spiritual identity. The Landmarks are also called HOVA Bodies where minds and biological forms experience the corresponding reality(ties).
There are different ways to align and clear our mind and body system. The effective and efficient way is to bring the highest identity, Raja HOVA body (Rishi Identity), into the physical body (Nada HOVA Body). By introducing “The Pillar of Light” within our biofield, chakra system and DNA, we can progressively clear our miasm, the attachment of undesirable energetic cords created by Shadow Dancers or other dark forces. The first exercise allows us to bring the highest identity, our original eternal “Ascended Master” consciousness, so that our identities stationed below will also align to the original blueprint.
The technology used here is called KEY-Lon-Ta (Keylonta), use of specific sound and light codes, to heal our multidimensional identity. This is a pre-ancient technology that has been applied to heal spiritually awakened beings. Thus it has effect on this physical body and beyond.
It is important to acknowledge that the effect of Keylonta is cumulative. Thus consistent repetition creates progressive activation in our biology, DNA, and thus expansion of consciousness. This technique can be used as often as desired.
This exercise is designed to release the first of three Frequency Seals on the Pineal Gland. By releasing this seal, the Kee-Ra-ShA (Original Light) energy will start to flow. The 1st Pineal Seal corresponds to the dimension 10 (d10) thus the release of the seal begins activation of the 10th Chakra and the dormant Silicate DNA strand 10. Awakening the 10th Chakra and DNA strand through release of the 1st Pineal Seals is the first step for repairing the biology and embodied awareness to receive expansion into the Avatar or Christ consciousness.
Purpose: Awaken your inner Divine to align your identity, your TEMPLATE to the original Divine Self. This act itself opens a doorway to receive the Life SOURCE current directly from your own connection to Source - Central Point of All Creation. With conscious intention, your mind and body start holding the higher consciousness - able to receive energetic support to resolve disharmonic energy cyst (Karma/Miasm). This will be accomplished by releasing a frequency seal within your Pineal Gland (Third Eye).
You may feel…
Light headed, some discomfort, sleepiness, tingling sensation in certain areas, hearing inner sound, seeing some colors with inner eyes, etc. Also you may feel nothing.
How do I know my progress?
There are some tips for you. We are similar yet unique. So your response may be quite different. Here are some common symptoms that people experience when the seal is released.
You will start doing this entire sequence without being told (not falling asleep or distracted in the middle)
Start having more dreams or be able to recall dreams - and some dreams bring you distinct sensation/feeling that you intuitively know that you were traveling to higher planes
You are able to maintain calmness and peace even through your environment seems to be the same
Your frenemy starts acting like a real friend.
You become more forgiving to yourself and to others - without much effort being placed
You feel sense of protection and love pouring from the Universe

Hearing VOICE in the head
Start channeling a being to others
Start having the disharmonic thoughts - often discouraging statement “I am not good enough” “You never complete these things” etc.
INTENSE sensation that shake you uncontrollably, extremely cold or extremely hot, intense LIGHT that is almost painful.
Rishi presence is subtle - comfy breeze touch your skin, feather-like sensation behind your shoulder….it is better to focus on sensation and feeling rather than exercise your logical mind. Hope to hear your experience from you.
Maharic Seal (Shield) Long Version
Most healing systems have not incorporated the Maharic Current into their frequency application procedures because the Planetary Templar Complex has not been able to run a 12d Maharic Current through the planetary grids for 210,216 years.
Activation of the personal Maharic Shield allows for rapid release of the embodied Signet Seal and activation of the Fire Codes in the DNA Template. The Maharic Current from the personal Maharic Shield can be used to release the Signet Star Crystal Seals within the body, which in turn activates the dormant Kundalini energies at the base of the spine and the Cranial-Sacral Kundalini Seals within the Tailbone and Pineal Gland.
Repeat this at least once a week, and perform a shorter version daily, ideally twice a day, upon awakening before sleep. With consistent practice of the full technique, over an extended period of time, the Maharic Seal will function automatically as a permanent fixture within your biofield.

The first timer: Use this long version at least once a week, and a short version twice a day (upon awakening and before sleep). You may continue to do this for at least 3-5 months or until you “feel” the energy consciously. It will start with a short (a sec or two) sensation, often some slightly charged energy runs through your back/spine area. Feeling of cool (some say minty feeling) sensation that makes you feel relaxed. You may feel lighter and more content. Once you sense this energy, you may perform it as often as you desired.
The experienced user: you may use the short version as often as you desired. Or you can advance to a quick Seal, or Ekasha Quick Seal, when/if provided.
Maharic Seal - Quick Version.
Step 1 Send a ball of AWARENESS down to your feet (12" below).
Step 2 With DEEP INHALE, pull the 12th D (Maharic) frequency to your body and all the way up to the ceiling (36" above your head). Exhale gently and be still and sense the energy pouring into your subtle body.
Step 3 Continue to breathe slowly till you fill up your auric field with Maharic frequency - densifying your field with LIGHT. If you are sensitive you may feel "cool" not cold sensation running through your body. Sense of calmness, clarity and sense of being loved.
Upon successful completion of these techniques, you may start exercising Tech 2. Eckasha Quick Seal is provided for the experienced Maharic Current users. Anyone is welcomed to try the Eckasha Quick Seal. It won’t cause any harm - an advanced Maharic Seal and it may saturate your template faster than you can handle. You will know if you are ready or not, or ask me if you are not sure.
Before we move onto the next technique, you have the following options to select…
Heal this physical body enough so I may take this body to the next life/reality (—> request a private session to learn explore this option)
Heal my shadow body enough so I may bring more of my soul/spirit to the next place (move to the Techniques below)

You may try the advanced Technique 1. If you feel right and be able to complete this sequence with ease, you are ready for this technique. You will need to practice the Advanced: Eckasha Quick Seal for at least a week (ideally longer) to perform the subsequent techniques.
It won’t hurt you - if you continue without sufficient activation (capacity to hold higher frequency), you will need to repeat the steps multiple times. I personally repeat many times - this is the way I choose to do. You will find your way soon.
Technique: Advanced: Ec-Ka-Sha Quick Seal (~14min)
Eckasha
Um'-ah A' ThrA' E·Na·A' Ec'·Ka·Sha'
Consistent practice of the Eckasha Quick Seal Activation will enable the mathematical program of the Eckasha Ecka Code (God Seed) to activate sufficiently within the personal Shields and DNA Template. The sufficient activation will offer the strength and energy required to clear miasm from Shadow Body. This will make it possible for you to work on Shadow Body for….partial or full integration.
Maharic Experienced Users : Do this at least 1 week (for 2 week for better result)
Starter: You will repeat this at least 4 week to build up the frequency. Depending on your Spiritual Strength and your coding, it can take as long as several months to sufficiently draw and store the current for healing work. Don’t give up. A person who struggle the most often becomes the best teacher.
The Eckasha Psonn: Um'-ah A' ThrA' E·Na·A' Ec'·Ka·Sha' is gently sounded prior to each in-breath and on each outbreath, repeated in groups of 3. The Psonn of Lyra may be sung softly to complete the technique.

1. Begin by slowing your breathing rhythm, as you imagine or visualize the Eckasha Hierophant at the Pineal Gland in the center of your brain. Visualize the Eckasha Hierophant surrounded by a Pale Blue Sphere of Light. The Pale Blue Sphere containing the Eckasha Hierophant is called the Eckasha Sphere. (The Blue Sphere serves as a buffer for your body's readiness to accept the frequencies associated with the Eckasha Code; the Blue Sphere holds the energy for you until your body can handle and assimilate the energy. Your body, DNA Template and Shields will automatically draw the appropriate amount of Eckasha Code frequency from the Blue Sphere as needed.)
2. Tone the Eckasha Psonn, softly before you inhale: Urn-ah-A' ThrA'-E-na-A'. Ec-ka-sha' 3 times. INHALE, using the Inhale breath to energetically grab the Pale Blue Eckasha Sphere located at the Pineal, and on the EXHALE, use the Exhale Breath to push the Eckasha Sphere all the way down to Chakra ·13 at Earth's Core as you again tone the Eckasha Psonn; Urn-ah-A' ThrA'-E-na-A' ...Ec'-ka-sha' 3 times. Try to hear a sound tone as the Eckasha Sphere hits the Planetary Shield at Earth's Core.
3. Repeat the Eckasha Psonn 3 times before you inhale. Um’-ah-A' ThrA'-E-na-A' ...Ec-ka-sha'. INHALE, using the Inhale breath to draw the Eckasha Sphere up to your Personal Maharic Shield 12" below your feet ... and EXHALE while watching the Eckasha Sphere become a Pale Silver - Blue Sphere that expands outward to form a large sphere. Tone the Eckasha Psonn 3 times and imagine that your Maharic Shield pops out as a Pale Silver disc, about 4' in diameter, surrounded by a coating or aura of Pale Blue Light with the Eckasha Hierophant symbol at its center.
4. Bring your attention to the center of your Maharic Shield 12/1below your feet ..., tone the Eckasha Psonn 3 times ... and INHALE, using the Inhale breath to draw the Eckasha Hierophant symbol (without Pale Blue Sphere) from the Maharic Shield center up into the 4th Heart Chakra. EXHALE, using the Exhale breath to expand the frequencies of the Eckasha Code from the Eckasha Hierophant into the Heart Chakra as you softly tone the Eckasha Psonn 3 times
5. Tone the Eckasha Psonn again 3 times and INHALE, using the Inhale breath to energetically grab the Eckasha Hierophant symbol at the 4th Heart Chakra, and EXHALE, using the Exhale breath to push the Eckasha Hierophant up into the 14th Chakra 36” above the head. Tone the Eckasha Psonn again and imagine that the Eckasha Hierophant is spinning in a clockwise direction (from your right side, around the back, to your left side) in the 14th Chakra. As you do this, try to feel! sense the energy around you, just a few inches out from your body ...
6. Now, move your attention to your Maharic Shield 12” below your feet, take a couple of relaxing breaths, and INHALE deeply, using the Inhale breath to pull Pale Silver and Blue energy upward from your Maharic Shield to Chakra-14, 36” above your head, pulling your Maharic Seal Pillar upward and latching it onto your 14th Chakra. This procedure activates your Temporary Maharic Seal Pillar, amplifying its intensity and strength with the Kee-Ra-ShA frequencies of the Eckasha Code. Feel the sensations of amplified Eckasha Code energy just a few inches from your body now - try to sense the difference between the amplified Eckasha Code frequencies and those usually generated by the Maharic Seal alone.
7. Now envision the 4” diameter Pale Silver Cord of Maharic Light that would normally come up with activation of your Maharic Seal Pillar and focus on Chakra -13 at Earth's Core. INHALE, using the Inhale breath to draw the Maharic Cord of Pale Silver energy up into the body and to the 4th Heart Chakra center, expanding the Pale Silver energy to form a Pale Silver Maharic Sphere of d12 frequency within the 4th Chakra. EXHALE, using the Exhale breath to send your attention downward to Chakra-13 at Earth's Core. INHALE, using the Inhale breath to bring another load of Maharic frequency up from the Planetary Shields to the 4th Heart Chakra, expanding it into the Pale Silver Maharic Sphere. Repeat this Inhale-up I exhale-down Maharic Energizing Breath several times, noticing that the Maharic Cord grows larger with each breath, expanding from approximately 4” to 6” to 8" in diameter, until finally the Maharic Cord expands outward to from a skin around, and within every cell of your body. The Maharic Energizing Breath loads your d4 Astral field with Maharic Frequency.
8. Move your attention to the Pale Silver Maharic Sphere you have created in your 4th - Heart Chakra. INHALE, using the Inhale breath to move the Maharic Sphere up to meet the Eckasha Hierophant at the 14th Chakra 36" above your head. As you do, sense a Sheath of Eckasha Code-charged Pale-Silver Maharic Frequency encasing your d1 etheric body, radiating from within the body to about 1" above the skin. This Pale Silver Maharic "Christos Skin" charges and saturates your etheric body with Eckasha Code amplified d12 Maharic Frequency sub-harmonics; try to sense and experience directly the peacefulness and all-knowing nature of this frequency.
9. Now for 3 final breaths. Tone the Eckasha Psonn, Um'-ah-A' ThrA'-E-na-A' ... Ec'-ka-sha' 3 times. INHALE and EXHALE, using the Exhale breath to expand the Maharic Sheath "Chrlstos Skin" further outward around your body and into your Auric Field, repeating the Eckasha Tones 3 times, as the Pale Silver Maharic Sheath Christos Skin begins to assume the tear-drop shape of the Eckasha. Repeat the Eckasha Psonn again, INHALE, then EXHALE, and as you repeat the tones see or feel the Pale Silver Eckasha tear-drop expand fully outward into your Auric Field, its top-point anchored in the 14th· Chakra 36" above your head, its bottom embracing Chakra-13 at Earth's Core below your feet. Repeat the Eckasha Psonn tones, INHALE and on the final EXHALE expand the Pale Silver Eckasha "Christos Skin" Maharic Sheath out into the Universe as far as you can, toning The Eckasha Psonn for the final time.
10. You may close by softly Singing the Psonn of Lyra ("Invocation of the Maharata".)

Technique 2: Awakening The Astral Body part 1
Purpose: Technique-2 is designed to release the first “seal” that locks our body in this dimension. There are series of Seals and Locks in our vertical energy line. By releasing the lock, our consciousness now can expand to the next dimensional band, 4th dimensional consciousness = our Astral Body.
Preparation: This works require certain level of energy that is pure and clean. Thus Eckasha Quick Seal, (Technique 1 Advanced) needs to be run to amplify the energy of the dimensional 12 Maharic Current. Consistent good practice helps you hold the frequency thus you may complete this step.
You may choose to use a piece of Celestite Crystal in corresponding steps of this technique to amplify the frequencies generated.
Note: Always listen to your inner Divine self to take what you need at this time and leave the rest behind. You will have calm and warm feeling once this is done. If you experience nightmare or night terror, you will need to perform Maharic Seal, long version as stated previously.
Technique 3: Awakening The Astral Body part 2
Purpose: Once the E-Umbi passage below the navel has been opened through release of the Celestite Crystal of Dimensional Lock-3, the D-3 Mental Body field opens into the Radial Body Eiros Field, causing the polarized D-5 / D-7 Eiros to de-polarize to a D-12 Manu Reion Field, the Dentisty-1 body is prepared to receive the frequencies of the fully activated Celestite Crystal and the Density-1 Eiros Flame Eckasha Body, or "Silver Sanctum".
Activation of the Eiros Flame opens the "Many Window" surround the Density-1 Hova Body, which will begin activation of the Density-1 Manu Windows in the nucleus of every atom in the body.
Preparation: Eckasha Maharic Quick Seal (Technique 1): to activate D-12 Maharic Current. Also, you may choose to use a piece of Celestite Crystal in corresponding steps of this technique to amplify the frequencies generated. Astral Awake, Aware & Able (Technique-2) : release Dimensional Lock-3 Seal between D-3 Mental Body and Density-1 Eiros Field to bring D-1 Atomic Etheric Body out of biological phase-lock.
