In Level 2, we uncover much knowledge and wisdom given by our founders who translated mystical teachings. We are informed that our DNA Templates hold not only the genetics - instruction of life, but also a living consciousness who can hold, transmit, and evolve itself. It is a part of manifestation chain holding memory, energetic imprints, and connection to other selves and Source (central point of creation). In this class, we will practice healing our DNA for proper activation.

Healing our DNA One of the benefits to heal our DNA is to clear our energetic blockage - temporal and more persistent (Karma) ones.

The Nature of Karma

misalignment of our mind-body-spirit system with Divine Template
it affects this life and others
It affects our DNA (recording, receiving and transmission are all affected)
Karma exists as energy form, manifesting from non-physical part of ourselves
The effective way to deal with Karma is to deal with healing energy that are targeted to the karmic region(s)

STEP 1 : DNA Template Baseline Reading

You may use a symbol, a crystal, or essential oil to optimize your experience.

Sit comfortably - nothing is confining your body or mind. Loosen clothing if tight, let go any resistance in your mind.
Visualize a pure and powerful waterfall behind you - feeling water running though your spine as if you were in the waterfall feeling its robust energy inside.
Breathe slowly while visualizing it and sensing the water
Slowly move your awareness below your feet, and visualize a very still water - a drop of sacred water appear in the middle and drop itself onto this very still water, creating ripples
Feel the vibration coming off from these ripples below your feet now.
Now focus on the ripples - from the center count the ripples 1, 2, 3, 4, until you cannot see or feel for it. Memorize/write down the highest number you reached and get back to the meditative state
Back to the rippled water. You may see a mandala (flower with many petals) like pattern beneath you. Ask your inner self, which number or area you need to heal NOW - trust the first answer you receive. Write them down as it comes.
(Optional) Ask your inner self which number is your power, your strength? Again memorize it or write it down
Now ask that “ am I ready to scan my DNA Template (personal Maharic Shield) now? Y or N
If yes, go to the Step 2, if N, seek actionable messages, such as healing needs, reading by someone else, or timing of the next scan. Be true and honest to yourself. You will gain more by trusting your inner self. Every person has his/her diving timing.

Students who have not gone through Kathara Training

Technique 1: Releasing seal/block from Third eye

Ground and clear your auric fields (Maharic Shield)
Activate your hands (secondary palm chakras) by Lotus breaths
Using an activated right palm, bring pure healing energy from core of Mother Earth
Move Kundalini current from below the navel (E-Umbi) —> Kathara points 5 (Throat) —> 6 (Right Shoulder) —> 9 (Third Eye) using the correct hand placements
Hold your posture at the end of the sequence
Feel the flows of the current and learn to hold it for the subsequent exercises

Technique 2: Divine Light (Liquid Light) Infusion

Connect with Mother Earth from her core (center of Earth)
Bring her energy up to E-Umbi point and hold
Once you feel the sensation of energy build-up, bring it up to your heart with powerful inhale
Hold and exhale towards crown connect with Heaven
Bring your attention back to Heart and breath in and out 8 times from Heart and out to Earth and Heaven simultaneously
Sense your auric field thicken and densified with light
Set intention to transmute unwanted energy and bring more light into the space

Technique 3: Opening auric channels

Tap your body according to the diagram or 12 step High Frequency Move (your choice)
Breathe normally first and slow it down to a point where you are about to fall asleep.

You may accelerate the opening process by receiving Kathara healing by a Kathara facilitator(s). This is something you will perform daily for a prolonged period to see tangible effects.

Technique 4: Amplifying The Third Eye Power (Optional)

You may add this sequence when you feel any need to nurture your intuitive center.

Feel the opening of auric channels (points where auric fields emanate). Slow down your breathing rhythms .
Bring all auric energy into the central location near your stomach.
Place your left hand on throat and inhale up from stomach to your throat area
Place right hand over your left and shift both hands over to your right shoulder then exhale
Hold that hand position and move them onto the third eye center and inhale
Hold and switch hand and exhale
Visualize rotating Merkaba (6 pointed) stars and/or amethyst colored light or related crystalline lights .
Your third eye is charged and ready.

Technique 5 Closing Healing Channels

Move to Step 1

Step 2: Scan DNA Template

Breathe consciously and slowly x8. Ask yourself - am I grounded and centered enough to continue this spiritual practice? if Y, continue. If N, breathe slowly again x 8.
Take a look at Template 1. (other options: visualize yourself in a circular room, or a clock face without hands in front of your face.
Rest your awareness within your third eye - you may close your eyes if easier, and ask
1. if your DNA is base 12 or else. Write it down the number you receive ___
2. Which DNA strands you must heal now to have fulfilling life _____ (can be more than 1)
3. Which DNA strands you can heal or improve at this time _____
4. Which DNA strand you have most power _______

Step 3 Find out any blockages/implants

Continue on from Step 2, take a look at Template 2, notice additional symbols between DNA strands. When you have any blockages, you will see a black dot in the center of the stars.
Center yourself once again, and ask your inner vision to show you if there are any blockages/implants. Write them down the numbers if any
Ask again if there are any activation in your DNA strands. If yes, you may seek areas of activation and the level of it. Write them down.
If you are not sure of what your answers, you may ask assistance from a facilitator.

Personal notes: Let’s explore the idea of DNA as a being. Think of DNA as a living being - hold consciousness like us. It does not have the same biology or the form like a human, but it has intelligence and desire to live.

DNA contains all instructions/codes to create “Life” and more. Every cell of our body contains DNA yet it evolves into something totally different from each other. As you dig deeper into each topic, you start being amazed with more mysterious “facts”. New information leads to more questions - more you know more you don’t know.

After years of research, I see fundamental lack in science. Knowledge of DNA does not belong to just “science”. Have you noticed that some clues showing up in films and ancient tales ? Some teaching points out that Bible is filled with symbols and codes. Perhaps many myths as well. Soon, it became clear to me that much of the answers were found in spiritual arena. I had to overcome my belief system first.

“ Those are not science based, how do you validate it?”
“ How can I (as a scientist) believe such thing?”
“Where is the proof?”

Then I start investigating “facts” set by mainstream scientists. Where is the absolute truth in any of these?

There are something missing, not fully disclosed, or twisted. You can do the same. Ask about water, oxygen, atom - start from basic things. We learn that 1 + 1 = 2,. Concept of zero for example. It has interesting back story. We believe what we learn in school, things shown in TV, and official documents. Now we have “google” - a portal to a set of answers determined by who knows what. It seems to work - so we stop questioning little things, daily norm - things that we see all the time. Have you noticed something strange or odd, but no one talks about it?

Technique 2 Accessing Your DNA Template

Preparation: DNA Template we access here is your Maharic Shield. It is also known as Sun Code. You may take time to view this from different perspective. Like this, viewing with you eyes thus projected as a flat surface facing you. You can also imagine this below your feet - place yourself in the center, back is 12, 6 is front, 3 is left and 6 is on your right. We will perform the simple scanning. You may go back to the original teaching (2002-2003 Dance for Techniques) if you feel that is more appropriate for you. In this class, we will perform the scanning based on your current ability and your inner guidance. The Base Line Reading (if this is your first time), otherwise write down the today’s date.

Create a one large circle and make it like a clock face. You may add the following numbers, 12, 6, 3 and 9.
Visualize yourself as pure consciousness, no body, no name, no attachment -
Slowly, place yourself in the large circular room. Your consciousness is stationed in the center.
